Youth Music Mentors

Youth Music Mentors was a programme supporting the development of music-based mentoring with young people in challenging circumstances

It working through a group of 20 organisations across England. I was responsible for this programme whilst at Youth Music, directing its development and working with programme partners to produce an online learning environment to build the programme's legacy, share findings, and principally to enable other people and organisations to practice music-based mentoring. We also took the findings from the YMM programme to develop Youth Music's current Music-based mentoring funding module.
