This resource pack aims to share the practice of these NYMO organisations -- what they do, how they do it, why they do it, and what impact it has. It's hopefully going to be useful for other organisations, or individual music teachers and music leaders, or people running residentials or music projects, or others interested in supporting musical ability and musical progression and young people.
